  • For pick up outside Lisbon please, contact us: portugalonhand@gmail.com;
  • Children under 2 do not pay;
  • Discount for children under 8;
  • National Monuments are closed on holidays;
  • Entrance tickets are not included by default;
  • All the tours are dependent on availability and can be withdrawn without notice;
  • All insurances are according to the Portuguese law;

  • Cancellation policy:
  1. Cancellation up to 20 days before tour date: 100% refund provided.
  2. Cancellation up to 48 hours before tour date: 50% refund provided.
  3. Cancellation less than 48 hours before tour date: no refund provided.
  4. No show: no restitution.
